Peasley Safety Consulting, LLC works with motor carriers and insurance
carriers to prevent accidents and injuries, avoid or reduce fines and
eliminate down-time due to unsafe equipment, unsafe drivers or unsafe
practices. Our
Compliance Review is an on site examination of a motor carrier operations,
such as drug and alcohol testing program, drivers' hours of service,
maintenance and inspection, driver qualification, commercial drivers license
requirements, financial responsibility, accidents, hazardous materials, and
other safety and transportation records to determine whether a motor carrier
meets the safety fitness standard of the Federal Motor Carrier Safety
Administration. Our
Safety Audit is an examination of a motor carrier's operations to provide
educational and technical assistance on safety and the operational
requirements of the Federal Motor Carrier Safety Regulations and the
applicable Hazardous Materials
Regulations and to gather critical safety data needed to make an assessment
of the carrier's safety performance and basic safety management controls. Peasley
Safety Consulting, LLC will make recommendations to improve safety management
controls, if needed, with model systems, safety policies, programs,
practices, and procedures to ensure compliance with applicable safety and
hazardous materials regulations. |
